Adjacent to The Hayloft at the far end of the courtyard this cottage shares the same outlook and easy access to the surrounding fields and a wildlife pond.

Off the fully furnished lounge/dining room is a fitted galley kitchen. A door leads into a laundry area and another door to the family bathroom.

From the lounge, a staircase to the first floor takes you on to a landing off which are the two bedrooms, a twin room and king size room, both with balconies.

The sheltered garden consists of a lawn, patio and BBQ area, immediately outside the front entrance.
